Cet appartement de qualité est idéalement situé au coeur de Fuengirola. C'est un si bon emplacement car il seulement 1 minute à pied de la plage, est très proche de tous les commerces sur la rue principale Fuengirola et est juste autour du coin de la ruelle de poisson »du célèbre où vous trouverez un grand choix de bars et restaurants.

L'appartement est situé au dernier étage de cet immeuble de 3 étages donc il n'y pas de bruit au-dessus de cette propriété et d'être sur le 3ème étage et situé vers l'arrière du bâtiment signifie que pour un établissement en centre ville, il est assez calme. Il ya un ascenseur pour vous emmener à l'appartement situé au 3ème étage.

Cette nouvelle et moderne appartement se compose d'un hall d'entrée, une chambre de bonne taille double, une chambre simple, et un confortable salon de taille avec un coin cuisine ouverte.

Il ya une salle de bains pour chacune des chambres. La propriété peut accueillir confortablement 3 personnes. Il ya l'air conditionné dans les chambres à coucher et électriques principaux ventilateurs pour la chambre simple et salle de séjour.

Cet appartement est très proche de la place de l'église principale, qui est la plaque tournante de la société de café chic de Fuengirola avec ses boutiques branchées, restaurants internationaux et une vie nocturne sophistiquée et accueille tous les grands événements. Cet appartement est situé très près de l'récemment rénové Plaza de los Chinorros qui est l'endroit parfait pour profiter d'authentiques bars à tapas et ambiance espagnole.

Excellent modern apartment in pefect location

The apartment is modern and in an excellent location in the city centre, only 5 mins from the beach and close to bars and restaurants. The living room may be a tad small but if you're on holiday that doesn't really matter as you'll be spending more time outdoors than in. Right on your doorstep you have the Plaza de los chinorros with it's many bars and restaurants, it has a great atmosphere especially during the evening. Only 5 mins walk away you have Calle de la Cruz, a pedestrian street lined with restaurants, this is great for having dinner al fresco, there is a lovely and welcoming atmosphere eating outdoors here, highly recommended, you should eat dinner here every night! If you want to travel around the Cost del Sol both the bus and train station are less than 10 mins walk away. For the price we paid and the location I can highly recommend this apartment.

Great town centre apartment

We are regular visitors to Fuengirola and loved the great town centre location literally seconds away from the lovely spanish bars in Plaza de los Chinorros and the nearby church square.
Although this apartment is very central,it is located on a lovely pedestrianised street and tucked away on the third floor it was incredibly quiet and peaceful when we were there.
Although there is no outside space,which is reflected in the very modest price,this actually added to the peacefulness of the location and it was quite pleasant just looking out over the rooftops of the neighbouring buildings.
The apartment itself is lovely, clean and very well equipped. 2 en-suites with great powerful showers and piles of towels !!
The apartment also feels very secure,in a small block with a locked front entrance.
Overall we had a fab week and this apartment is definitely one we wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.
