Great stay in Lyon

We spent a great holiday in Lyon, at Villa des Canuts. The house is very clean, with all the comfort you need, placed in a quiet area, with access to many historical places of the city, and easy access from Lyon's main train station, La Part Dieu. Also, the house is very close to Parc Tete d'Or Park, a wonderful and huge natural paradise. You can walk to get to the park, you'll get there in 15-20 minutes, but you can also find buses that will take you right in front of the entrance.
As the Villa is fully equiped with a kitchen corner, you must know that pretty close you will find, from tuesay to sunday, a street market, where you can buy everything you need to cook. Also, nearby there is a supermarket for other shopping.
The owners are very kind people, always ready to help you, by giving you all the details and informations you may need. For example, if you are a first time visitor of Lyon, they can offer you, beside maps and touristic guides, a list of good and not very expensive restaurants nearby. You can trust them with this, we had dinner several times in the places they recommended, and it was really good!
For us, this was the second stay at Villa des Canuts, and i think this should be a guarantee for you: when you come back to a place, it means it was great!
