Le paiement est généralement accepté dans la monnaie indiquée ci-dessous (Euro) à moins dun accord préalable entre propriétaire et vacancier.

Informations supplémentaires sur les tarifs de location

• - These rates refer to the whole property. Water, electricity and gas costs are included.
  - Final cleaning is NOT included: 250 Euro must be added to the rental fee
  - Bedlinen and towels are NOT included but can be provided for an extra cost of 10 Euros per bed.
  - The kitchen must be left tidy and clean as it was found, otherwise an extra 50 Euros will be charged.
  - To confirm booking 30% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 40 days before arrival.
  - Cancellation clauses:
  30% of the rental period if you cancel the booking more than 30 days prior the arrival day;
  50% of the rental period if you cancel the booking between 29 and 15 days prior the arrival day;
  100% of the rental period if you cancel the booking between 14 days prior the arrival day or if you don't arrive.
